How difficult is it to arrange medical systems distribution in China?

Dear Colleagues,

I am a Russian translator who works for Medicom-MTD company, Russia. The company makes PC-based electrical diagnosis equipment such as Electroencephlographers, Neuromyographers, Cardiographers, Impedance Plethysmographers, and Biofeedback Trainers.

I just wonder if anyone could advice me on how difficult it is to arrange sales of Russian medical systems in China? Which institutions in China could be interested in such partnership? Should the software be in Chinese or it may be in English?
