In my experience, "shift leader" is usually "chef d'équipe", though it will depend a bit on the internal organization of the particular firm

I think the "team" is a bit redundant, and it would certainly be better to avoid the repetition of "équipe" in FR!

If not, you could call it a "réunion du groupe des chefs d'équipes", but I don't feel it's really necessary

je pense que "s/leader" = shift leader, pour éviter la répétition dans la phrase
