Pot Whiskey Distilling:
Malted and unmalted barley are used to produce Pot Still Whiskey. Brewing is carried out through a Lauter Tun type brewing system. After brewing, fermentation takes place in dedicated vessels, called Fermenters.

whiskey de pot alambic
Whisky is a blend of alcohol produced from a continuous distillation still, either fro malasses or grains or any starch based ingredient. the distillation is done after fermentation in either stainless /steel tanks/wodden vats. The alcohol produced in a pot still is a batch process, which means that a definite quantity of fermented malt extract is taken in a pot and heated with the help of either steam coils or circulated through a calendria. The vapour thus produced is condensed in a condensor. The variation in boiling points of diffferent types of alcohols is used in this fractional distillation process. The whisky of these derired blend is produced by mixing of the basic eahylalcohol with the matured spirit got from the pot still.
