Really it would be nice if someone translated the whole paragraph, but I will put a few bite-sized chunks up for all the français juridique specialists out there

It comes, as regular readers will know, from a Trademark Licence Agreement.

Oui, c'est bien également Marc mais "d'une manière considéréE comme acceptablE par" et peut-être "considérée comme raisonnablement acceptable par". Le "raisonnable" introduit une légère nuance qu'il serait bon de rendre.
