English term

Individual property portfolio

English to French Bus/Financial Real Estate
Hello

How would I say the above in the following context:

"Individual property portfolios were put together, which contained documents such as technical specifications, floor plans and copies of land deeds for each property, so that they could be easily located if a client ever asked to see them"

Thanks for your help

individual You may need to tell us more about your context, or look further into it yourself, to find out in what sense 'individual' is being used here — i.e. does it mean 'individual' to each buyer, for example; or 'individual' to each property? The latter would seem to make more sense, but it will clearly have a great influence on the translation.

Portefeuille immobilier individuel

I would suggest the above if "individual" refers to "portfolio" which could be the case here. If it refers to "property", I'd use the adjective "particulier".

Note: "property portfolio" can also be translated as "portefeuille d'actifs immobiliers".

neutral Tony M : I'm worried that 'portfolio' in EN is not actually being used with this meaning; only more context will really be able to clear this up, I fear.
