"estate and interest" ist lt. Romain "das gesamte Immobiliarvermögen" aber das scheint mir in Kombination mit dem Verb "hold for" und den direkten Objekten, die folgen nicht korrekt.

Ich bin mir zwar immer noch nicht ganz sicher, aber ich glaube, dass sich "interest" nicht auf eine Gruppe sondern auf die Interessen der genannten Gesellschaft selbst bezieht. An Anlehnung an einen andere Diskussion (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/94013) habe ich "in Form eines Eigentumsrechts oder Eigentumsanspruchs" gewählt.
