Germany sé shubh kamnayé

"Shubh kamnaye" actually means good wishes.
One could also say "Shubhechha" which also means good wishes.
So if one says Christmas/Divali etc. ki shubh kamnayé, one means "greetings for Christmas/Divali etc.

greetings means abhinandan. shubhechha is good wishes.
So the clause could be read as:
Germany se haardik abhinandan.
