My guess is that there is no certain document covering this in Sweden.
If you are not emplyoed, but performs work for someone, the contract that covers and regulates this is called "upphandlingsavtal", frequently named as "konsultavtal (or similar)". In this contract you will often find a paragraph where the contractor is committing not to "bedriva otillåten verksamhet" eg. to not be involved in any kind of bad practise. The details of this can then be specified in notes or an attachment.
To the best of my knowledge, this is how this is handled in Sweden.
