Again, in the context of mobile phones, these words are transliterated only.

Mobiles in India have already reached to the every section of the society, and most of the people already know what these words mean (very commonly used in computers also). So mobile phone (and computer applications) manufacturer are just transliterating these words so that the people who cannot read English, can use their phones and computers with their existing knowledge of these terms.

But I also agree that where ever possible, we should try to use Punjabi terms, and along with time people will definitely start using Punjabi terms.
