I'm Don Alvardo, a member of the software developing team at Karl Hoover Business Software Solution. We 've bee assigned the responsibility of developing the recruitment module for Tebiscos Human Resources Information Management System. Karl Hoover Business Software Solution specializes in design and implementation of client/sever and Internet/Intranert application business, engineering and scientific processes. We 've decades of experience with software processes. We 've decades of experience with sofware design, development, documentation, adn application. Over the last few years, we 've focused on developing Internet/Intranert application. They are some of the types of Web-based applications we 've developed recently: Product catalogs/ordering (electronic commerce) : Marketing literature, price lists, customer order.

Information
The team at Karl Hoover Business SoftWare solution work on a variety of project. My senior project manager, Ned St. George, has assigned Vincent Witt as offshore project manager, and Albert Tucker as on-site project mannager. Vincent Witt handles the development activities. Albert Tucker is in charge of implementing the system at the client site. Vincent has Priscilla Boyce assigned as quality manager, and Victor Singer as development team leader supporting him. Priscillas is to ensure that all deliverables customer recruitments as specified in the contract. This is done through test, validations, and reviews conducted thruogh the life cycle of the project. Victor provides technical direction to our team, and manages the schedule and resources within the team. There are four of us on Victors team: Jim, Palma, Lou, and me.
