êtes-vous certaine qu'il s'agit de poulet surgelé désossé, je n'en ai jamais trouvé dans le commerce, il me semble qu'il s'agit plutôt du petit bout gelatineux de la patte que certains bouchers laissent. En allemand on distingue dans le poulet "Schenkelknochen" et "Fussknochen"
