regrowth from the roots Explanation: Wiederaustrieb implies there is a portion of the plant, such as the root still in the soil, and it regrows from that portion. Germination would imply growing from seeds, so regermination is nonsene - a seed grows only once. Quecken are definitely the kind of plants that would regrow from whatever portion of the plant left. |
