ΠΚΜ I can confirm that ΠΚΜ is the standard abbreviation for ankle.

Κι εγώ εκεί καταλήγω κι επίσης εφόσον η ποδοκνημική άρθρωση μεταφράζεται ως ankle και ο κλόνος "clonus" πιστεύω ότι ο όρος είναι "ankle clonus"
