Divorce settlement
This term appears in one of the provisions of a divorce settlement, and is used directly before someone's name. I don't normally translate legal documents, but this is a one-off, and I'm unsure what this term means, and how best to translate it. I'd also appreciate it if someone could tell me the best translation for 申立人 in a divorce settlement
