This is from a technical manual for a software product. (The client sent me an excerpt with very little context or reference material).
I'm having trouble with the terms ﾒｶ and ｶﾑﾃﾞｰﾀ in the portion below.

: maker is definitely wrong. It would be either ･皓`･ｫｩ` or ･皓`･ｫ｡｢if katakana is used, but most likely for "maker" is kanji, such as ﾑuﾔ
