Čia definitely means Here(is)
I have doubts about Paulines (or Paulies - which one is the original word?)
Paulinės could be Paul's name-day (which actually used to be a holiday more important than one's birthdays many many years ago).
Another option is Čia Paulius, which means Here is Paul (Paulius).
