Goodbye

I'm guessing it's actually "ciao" ("goodbye"). If the person said it when he/she was leaving or going somewhere else, he/she probably meant to say goodbye.

It could also mean "I'm leaving" (Aku nak ciao) or "Let's go" (Jom ciao) depending on how it was said in Malay.

"Ciao" is Italian, but this word has somehow become hip slang in English and Malay too.
