may be of some help...

Without further context, it is difficult to give an accurate translation. When languages are written in Western characters, it becomes difficult to identify words. However, here is what I can make out.

'ghuthi' - poss. a reference to a puppet
'bandari' - female monkey
'nache taal betaal' - dances to the beat or rhythm.

I think it could be an insulting reference to someone's behaviour. On the other hand, it could quite simply be a description of an event.

Hope this helps a little.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Rashid muhammad : 'guthi,perhaps does not mean a pose but is form ver ghasna to miss a target ghusna or rah ghusna, it is coloquail ghuthi: when a female misses it, bandri stands for some one who misses the beat and dances all with out a rythem and is not able to catch it.

I hadn't much of an idea, and was only trying to help. I'm sure your suggestion is correct.
