used thereby/by (entity's name) Explanation: I don't think "de su adscripción" is what is to be notified or reported but rather it is the "brotes por enfermedades infecciosas transmisibles y los padecimientos" that must be reported, as in the example contract below, to the particular medical services used depending on the number of employees according to the "Servicio médico" section. There are of course other ways to put but this is what it means. VI. 7.2.
