de Oude Explanation: In Dutch "de oude" literally means "the old one" or "the old man". But when you say " Meneer de Oude " or " Dr. de Oude" it is a last name i.e. " Mr de Oude" or " Dr. de Oude" respectively. So, possibly, el Director de Oude is simply the directors name.
