Public glossaries

Import terms

This form only supports UTF-8 encoded files and accepts the following formats: .txt, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .tsv, and .xml. Other file formats, such as Word documents (.doc, .docx) or RTF files, are not supported.
The maximum allowed file size is 50MB. If you have a glossary file that exceeds this limit, please split it into smaller parts. You can still consolidate all parts within a single ProZ.com glossary by selecting an existing glossary below and uploading the parts separately.

Formatting guidelines:

Each glossary entry should be written on a separate line in the following format:

source term<DELIMITER>target term<DELIMITER>Notes<DELIMITER>URL<END OF LINE>

The Notes and URL fields are optional.

Examples:

source term<TAB>target term

source term target term notes

source term,target term,notes,url

Make sure that your file follows these guidelines to avoid import errors.
