I am currently a teacher of German and free-lance translator specialising in literature. In 2017 the literary journal New Books in German selected me to take part in their 'Emerging Translators Programme', where I translated a sample of Husch Josten's novel Here Be Dragons. Since then I have completed a number of sample-length translations including Leonie Swann's latest novel Grey. I also wrote a sample translation and review of Frederic Zwicker's novel Goind round in circles for Pro Helvetia's magazine 12 Swiss Books, which can be found at https://prohelvetia.ch/en/2017/10/going-round-in-circles/.
