Das Gefäß hat einen Durchmesser von mm und einen guten Zustrom. Längseröffnen des Pericards in einem limitierten Bereich über der LAD und D1. Die Operation wird am schlagenden Herzen durchgeführt. Zunächst Y-Anastomose Vene in LIMA. Die LAD verläuft intramural und muss freipräpariert werden. Übernaht des RV bei Verletzung. Im dargestellten Bereich ist sie gut bypassfähig. Proximales Drosseln des Koronargefäßes mit einer Unterstechungsnaht. Zur lokalen Immobilisation des Anastomosenbereiches wird ein mechanisches Stabilisierungsinstrument der Firma Genzyme verwendet. Es wird eine vollständige Immobilisation erreicht. Längseröffnen des Gefäßes und Herstellung einer End zu Seit Anastomose mit der Arteria mammaria int.
