Profit Sharing Agreement Template
This Profit Sharing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [DATE] by and between [COMPANY NAME] having its principal place of business located at [COMPANY ADDRESS] (the “Company”) and [REPRESENTATIVE] having its principal place of business located at [REPRESENTATIVE ADDRESS] (the “Representative”), both of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Company has developed [PRODUCT] (the “Product”) and holds ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Product;
WHEREAS, the Company desires to hire the Representative to market the Product for sale; and
WHEREAS, the Company and the Representative desire to enter into an arrangement whereby [PARTNER 1] and [PARTNER 2] will share the profits realized from the sale of the Product due to the efforts of the Representative according to the terms and conditions herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, the Company and the Representative (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:
1. TERM. This Agreement shall last from the date of execution until terminated by thirty (30) days’ written notice by either party.
2. EFFECT OF TERMINATION. Upon termination according to section 1, the following shall occur:
1. The Representative shall continue to receive the profit share described herein from any continuing sales as a direct result of the Representative’s efforts;
2. The Representative shall direct all further inquiries regarding the Product back to the Company;
3. The Representative shall return or destroy any physical or digital copies of the Company’s proprietary information in its possession including (but not limited to) marketing material, business plans, customer lists, and pricing information.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF REPRESENTATIVE. In consideration for the profit share granted herein, the Representative shall perform the following duties:
1. Performing research and other prospecting duties with regard to potential customers;
2. Completing paperwork as needed; and
3. Performing other such duties and services as may be assigned by the Company to accomplish the aims of this Agreement in the time, place, and manner deemed appropriate by the Representative.
4. PROFIT SHARE. In consideration for the duties performed hereunder, the Representative shall be entitled to [PERCENT] of the profits earned for sales of the Product that are a direct result of the Representative’s efforts.
1. To be considered a “direct result” of the Representative’s efforts, substantially all of the contact with a customer that leads to a sale must have been made by the Representative. Although initial contact and contact at the sale point shall be factors to consider, they are not determinative of such sale being a “direct result” of the Representative’s efforts.
2. “Profits” are deemed to be calculated by the sale price less any expenses by the Company paid on behalf of the Representative in furtherance of the sale and the cost of goods sold.
5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. The Parties agree that the Parties shall be considered independent contractors and not agents or employees of the other Party. Neither Party shall have authority to make any statements, representations or commitments of any kind, nor to take any action which shall be binding on the other Party, except as may be expressly provided for herein or authorized in writing.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY. The Representative shall not, in any fashion, form, or manner, either directly or indirectly:
1. Disclose or communicate to any party any information relating to the Company’s business or the Product including (but not limited to) customer lists, price points, or marketing plans (the “Confidential Information”);
2. Duplicate any Confidential information;
3. Use any Confidential Information other than solely for the benefit of the Company; or
4. Assist a third party in using any Confidential Information in any manner but solely for the benefit of the Company.
7. APPROVAL OF MARKETING MATERIAL. The Representative shall receive written confirmation from the Company in using any marketing materials related to the Product that were not directly provided by the Company.
8. EXPENSES. The Representative shall not be entitled to reimbursement for any expenses except those that have been previously approved in writing by the Company. Should the Company require travel by the Representative, the Company shall reimburse the Employee for such travel expenses, along with reasonable lodging and meal expenses upon presentation of receipts of such expenses.
9. INDEMNIFICATION. The Representative agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any all third party claims (or other actions that could lead to losses by the Company) that are based upon the Representatives (a) violation of the law, (b) violation of this Agreement, or (c) violation of any third party’s rights.
10. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING. No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement represents the full understanding of the Parties and shall supersede all previous oral or written agreements regarding the subject matter herein.
12. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE].

א. בכדי להיחשב "תוצאה ישירה" של מאמצי הנציג, למעשה כל הקשר עם הלקוח, שהוביל למכירה, חייב להיעשות על ידי הנציג. למרות שמגע ראשוני וכן מגע בנקודת המכירה יהיו גורמים שיש לקחת בחשבון, הם אינם מהווים עילה לפסיקה שמכירה זו תוגדר כ "תוצאה ישירה" של מאמצי הנציג.
ב. יש להניח שה"רווחים" יחושבו על פי מחיר המכירה בניכוי הוצאות החברה ששולמו לנציג לשם קידום המכירה וכן ניכוי עלות המוצרים שנמכרו.
5. קבלן עצמאי. הצדדים מסכימים שכל צד בהסכם יחשב כקבלן עצמאי ולא כסוכן או מועסק של הצד השני. לאף צד בהסכם לא תהיה הסמכות להפיק הצהרות, מצגות או התחייבויות מכל סוג שהוא או לנקוט בכל פעולה שהיא שתחייב את הצד האחר, למעט כפי שייקבע במפורש להלן או שאושר בכתב.
6. חסיון. על הנציג חל איסור לבצע את הפעולות הבאות בכל צורה או דרך, באופן ישיר או עקיף:
א. חשיפה או מסירה לכל צד שהוא כל מידע הנוגע לעסקי החברה או למוצר, כולל (אך לא רק) רשימות לקוחות, נקודות מחיר או תכניות שיווק (ה"מידע החסוי").
ב. שיכפול כל מידע חסוי.
ג. שימוש במידע חסוי כלשהו למטרה שאינה לטובת החברה, או
ד. סיוע לצד שלישי להשתמש בכל מידע חסוי שהוא בכל צורה שהיא, שאינה לטובת החברה.
7. אישור חומר שיווקי. הנציג יקבל אישור בכתב מהחברה לשימוש בכל חומר שיווקי הקשור למוצר שלא סופק ישירות על ידי החברה.
8. הוצאות. הנציג לא יהיה זכאי להחזר הוצאות כלשהן למעט אלו שאושרו מראש בכתב על ידי החברה. במידה והנציג יידרש לנסיעה על ידי החברה, החברה תשלם לעובד את הוצאות הנסיעה וכן הוצאות לינה וארוחה סבירות מול הצגת קבלות על הוצאות אלו.
9. שיפוי. הנציג מסכים להגן, לפצות ולא להטיל כל אחריות על החברה במקרה של תביעות צד שלישי (או פעולות אחרות שיכולות לגרום לחברה להפסדים) המבוססות על (א) הפרת החוק על ידי הנציג (ב) הפרת הסכם זה על ידי הנציג או (ג) הפרת כל זכות צד שלישי על ידי הנציג.
10. איסור שינוי ההסכם ללא אישור בכתב. כל שינוי בהסכם זה לא יהיה תקף אלא אם נעשה בכתב ואושר על ידי שני הצדדים.

La esclavitud de los negros africanos se remonta a Europa. italianos, portugueses y españoles la habían ejercido este tráfico inhumano y cruel desde los inicios del siglo XV. Tan pronto como se emprendió la conquista del Nuevo Mundo los frailes dominicos, aterrorizados por las crueldades que se cometían contra los nativos de América, iniciaron una cruzada de denuncias contra los excesos que se cometían contra esa población indefensa, y entre ellos el más destacado defensor de nuestro indígena resultó ser Fray Bartolomé de las Casas.
Impulsado por estas denuncias, primero Isabela de Castilla y luego Carlos I de España dictaron una serie de disposiciones en defensa de los indígenas de América, y desde el reinado de su sucesor, Felipe II se inició en forma intensa el comercio esclavista, que la monarquía observa como el medio menos costoso para favorecer ciertas faenas especificas como la agricultura y la minería.
Muy cruel ha debido ser el trato que recibieron estos negros africanos, pues las rebeliones de los negros africanos importados al Nuevo Mundo empezaron casi de inmediato desde los inicios del periodo colonial hispánico. Podemos observar por ejemplo las denuncias por las fugas en masa de los negros esclavizados, que dieron origen a lo que se conoció desde entonces como las colonias de cimarrones, o palenques de negros, que al escapar preferían volver a la vida primitiva a la que estaban acostumbrados en su lugar de origen.
Tenemos noticias del primer alzamiento de negros ocurrido en Panamá en el año de 1527, en donde victimas de la desesperación por el trato recibido, se rebelaron contra las autoridades, pero fueron brutalmente sometidos, tras una sangrienta lucha.
En los archivos coloniales de España existe una copiosa documentación de los denominados Palenques de Negros y en donde se describe toda la vida social de estas comunidades de libertos, desde sus viviendas, hasta sus fortificaciones, sus actividades festivas y su posterior vinculación con piratas y contrabandistas, como un medio de autodefensa.
Las primeras rebeliones de negros en Panamá tuvieron por escenario Nombre de Dios en el siglo XVI, pero después se extendieron al sector del Mar Pacífico.
Podríamos apelar en primera instancia a la voluminosa obra “Indios y Negros en Panamá en los siglos XVI y XVII” que constituye una compilación de documentos de los archivos coloniales, obra de excepción de Carlos F. Jopling, y en donde nos describe en detalle todo el proceso de surgimiento y evolución de las sociedades cimarronas, identificando entre otros a los protagonistas más sobresalientes de este drama en Panamá, Bayano y Felipillo.
En el poema extenso conocido como Armas Antártidas de Juan de Miramontes y Zuazola, se nos dice que los cimarrones acostumbran a vivir una vida sencilla pero sin un concepto claro de la institución familiar. Era un grupo muy unido con sus jerarquías, que dependían de un jefe autocrático, y en donde jugaba un papel muy importante el santero o brujo.
Esta obra en verso Armas Antártidas exalta el heroísmo de las figuras de Luis de Mozambique, Antón Mandinga, Bayano y Felipillo, a quienes se califica como hombres audaces y temerarios, señalando en cada instante sus vínculos con los piratas, especialmente en su trato con Francisco Drake y Juan Oxeham.
Este importante vínculo con los piratas les permitía contar con armas, a cambio de su colaboración en las incursiones a Tierra Firme. Una de las actividades más importantes de los negros cimarrones era en todo momento el comercio ilícito que llevaban a cabo con el apoyo de los contrabandistas.
Muy famoso se hizo en las tierras del Darien, un negro africano llamado Bayano, al que los cimarrones le dieron el calificativo de su rey, y cuyas hazañas trascendieron más allá de nuestras fronteras.
A su alzamiento contra las autoridades siguieron muchos otros, lo que obligó en innumerables oportunidades a la propia Corona Hispánica a dictar disposiciones para tolerar la existencia de estas colonias de negros, y reconocérseles su libertad, de ahí su denominación de negros libertos.
Sobre el tema podemos referirnos entre otras a la obra La Trata Esclavista en el Istmo de Panamá de Arturo Guzmán Navarro, quien nos da detalles del proceso de manumisión por medio del cual las autoridades coloniales en algunos casos hicieron un reconocimiento de libertad a ciertos negros esclavos, algunas veces por servicios prestados a la Corona. Se trata de un fenómeno repetido en cada una de las latitudes de América.
Los cimarrones muchas veces emprendían su escapada de los centros urbanos en donde se encontraban instalados, para vivir como nómadas, pero de manera posterior al reunirse formalmente con grupos más numerosos, trataban de establecer una comunidad con sus viviendas estableciendo sus propios reglamentos para organizar una nueva vida urbana.
Parte importante de este procedimiento resultaba la elección de un capitán, a quien se le otorgaba un mando como de supremo juez, quien debía dirigir a su vez una cuadrilla de defensa de la comunidad.
La necesidad de defenderse de los ataques de las autoridades coloniales los obligó a mantener vigías y a edificar fortificaciones para la defensa de su patrimonio.
La actitud original de la colonia hispánica fue la de combatirlos con todas las fuerzas, empero la situación se fue haciendo cada vez más difícil, pues estos vivían al amparo de los montes, atacando a su vez por sorpresa las comunidades urbanas de la colonia americana.
Es muy probable que desde el inicio de este proceso colonizador al margen de las autoridades hispánicas, muchos de los grupos indígenas se fueran integrando a estas comunidades para establecer las colonias de zambos.
Ante esta situación que se fue acrecentando cada día sin que las autoridades coloniales pudieran acabar con ellas, las Misiones Religiosas trataron de mediar entre los cimarrones y las autoridades hispánicas.
Las Misiones tenían un ánimo pacificador, y su participación más activa era evitar la agresividad de los negros alzados por medio del proceso de la evangelización dentro de esta población marginal, comprometiéndose a organizar entre ellos los denominados Cabildos de Negros, que les permitió su propia organización política, y el cumplimiento de sus deberes religiosos, mediante la concesión de un Santo Patrono. Estos Cabildos de Negros impulsaron además el desarrollo cultural de un folclore propio.
El sociólogo cubano Manuel Moreno Fraginals en su obra “Africa en América Latina” nos ofrece valiosa información sobre estos Cabildos de Negros.
“Estos Cabildos fueron organizaciones de negros, criollos o africanos, siempre libres, que perseguían fines de ayuda mutua y recreo colectivo, y tendían a mantener la cohesión social entre africanos de una misma étnica, auspiciados por el gobierno colonial, como práctica divisionista entre la población negra libre, y que a la postre se constituyeron en verdaderos centros de conservación de las tradiciones africanas. Se sabe que estos Cabildos celebraban reuniones para cantar y bailar.”
El 6 de enero era una fiesta altamente significativa para los Cabildos de Negros, pues dentro del santoral católico esta la fecha de la Epifanía o Adoración a los Reyes Magos. en ella se permitía a los Cabildos de Negros celebrar su jubileo carnavalesco; ese día salen a bailar y a competir entre si los diferentes Cabildos y sus comparsas; entonces se veían lucir los tambores de varias órdenes, tamboriles, maracas, cascabeles, triángulos, campanas. rayos, trompetas o cuernos, pitos, y otros instrumentos musicales.”
De aquí se deriva ese hermoso folclore entre nosotros de los congos, que ha sido tradicional tanto entre los negros de la costa del Mar Atlántico, como dentro de los que desde el periodo colonial se instalaron en las pesquerías de perlas en las islas del Golfo de Panamá.
Hernán Francisco Porras en su ensayo Papel Histórico de los grupos humanos en Panamá nos ofrece una visión particular de este fenómeno social, presentándonos un panorama de la evolución histórica del negro panameño.
“El cimarrón o esclavo fugitivo constituyo, por razones muy explicables, la primera gran amenaza a la incipiente nacionalidad. Su alianza con bucaneros y la alianza paralela con el indígena selvático, amenazo con dar al traste con la colonización española en el Istmo y convertir a la hoy Republica de Panamá en un Belice o una Mosquitia. Su gesta heroica, sin embargo, ilustra como pocas la lucha por la libertad, pero terminada la contienda, se desintegra como grupo y pasa al limbo del anonimato, al margen de la historia posterior.”

נוכל לפנות בשלב ראשון לחיבור המקיף "אינדיאנים ואפריקאים בפנמה במאות ה 16 וה 17" שהינו לקט מסמכי ארכיון קולוניאליים בנושאים אלו, חיבור מצוין זה של קרלוס פ. ג'ופלינג מתאר לפרטי פרטים את תהליך הופעת והתפתחות החברות הסימרוניות, ומזהה, בין השאר, את הגיבורים הבולטים של דרמה זו בפנמה, בָּייָנוֹ ופֶלִיפִּיוֹ.

באותם הימים יצא שמעו של ביינו האפריקאי למרחוק באדמות דָרִיאֶן5, הסימרונס ראו בו את מלכם וסיפורי עלילותיו חצו את גבולותינו.

בנושא זה ניתן לפנות בין השאר לחיבור "סחר העבדים במצר היבשה של פנמה" מאת ארתורו גוזמן נבארו, שמספק לנו פרטים על הליכי מתן חירות לעבדים שנעשו במקרים מסוימים על ידי הרשויות הקולוניאליות הספרדיות, לעיתים בשל שירות שנעשה ע"י אותו עבד עבור הכתר הספרדי 6. מדובר בתופעה שהייתה קיימת בכל אזורי אמריקה שבשליטת הכתר הספרדי
סימרונס רבים שנמלטו מעבדותם באזורים אורבניים ספרדיים החלו בחיי נוודות במרחב הפראי מחוץ למרכזי האוכלוסייה הספרדית אך בהמשך עם הצטרפותם לקבוצות סימרונס גדולות יותר, ניסו להקים קהילה עם מבני קבע שם החלו את חוקיהם שלהם תוך ארגון חיים אורבניים עצמאיים חדשים.
חלק חשוב מתהליך זה היה בחירת מנהיג, לו ניתנו סמכויות מפקד ושופט עליון, הוא זה שפיקד על הלוחמים בהגנת היישוב.
הצורך בהגנה מפני התקפות אפשריות של השלטונות הקולוניאליים הכתיב שימוש בשומרים ובניית ביצורים להגנת היישוב.
הנטייה של ההתיישבות הקולוניאלית הספרדית בתחילה הייתה להילחם בסימרונס בכל כוחה, מה שהחמיר את המצב יותר ויותר שכן הסימרונס חיו מחסד היערות7 והיו מחזירים מלחמה השערה בהתקפות פתע על יישובי הספרדים.

בשל מציאות זו שהפכה נפוצה יותר ויותר ללא שהשלטונות הקולוניאליים יוכלו לשנותה, החלו המיסיונרים הקתולים לנסות ולתווך בין הסימרונס והשלטונות הספרדיים.
המיסיון הקתולי היווה גורם מרגיע למצב ומעורבותו התאפיינה בהורדת התוקפנות של האפריקאים המורדים על ידי הטמעת הדת הנוצרית קתולית בקרב אוכלוסיית שוליים זו, המיסיונרים שפעלו בקרב אוכלוסייה זו לקחו על עצמם את ארגון "מועצות השחורים"9, וכך יצרו לעצמם התארגנות פוליטית ויכלו לקיים את חובותיהם הדתיות באמצעות הקדשת "קדוש מגן" 10מסוים למקום, כמו כן, מועצות השחורים תרמו להתפתחות התרבותית של הפולקלור העצמי בקהילות האפריקאים.

בתאריך ה 6 בינואר נערכה חגיגה בעלת חשיבות גדולה למועצות השחורים, שכן במסגרת עולם הקדושים הקתולי הוקדש תאריך זה לפולחן שלושת המגים11. בתאריך זה הורשה למועצות השחורים לחגוג את חגם שהיה בעל אופי של קרנבל, ביום זה יצאו מועצות השחורים השונות ולהקותיהן לרקוד ולהתחרות ביניהן, ניתן אז היה לראות את סוגי התופים השונים, התופים הקטנים, המראקס, פעמוני מזחלת, משולשים, פעמונים, קרניים חצוצרות או שופרות, משרוקיות וכלים מוזיקליים אחרים.
אלו הם שורשי פולקלור ה"קונגוס"12 היפה שלנו, שהוא מסורת בקרב השחורים תושבי החוף האטלנטי כמו גם בקרב אלו שחיו עוד מזמן הקולוניה במושבות חיפוש הפנינים באיי מפרץ פנמה באוקיינוס השקט.
הרנן פרנסיסקו פוררס, בחיבורו "התפקיד ההיסטורי של הקבוצות האנושיות בפנמה" מציע לנו נקודת מבט משלו על תופעה חברתית זו ומגיש לנו סקירה של ההתפתחות ההיסטורית של הפנמני ממוצא אפריקאי:
"הסימרון או העבד הנמלט היווה, מסיבות מובנות, את האיום המשמעותי הראשון על מערכת השלטון הספרדית הצעירה. הברית שיצר עם הפירטים ובמקביל, עם האינדיאנים שוכני הג'ונגל, היוותה איום על המשכיות ההתיישבות הספרדית במצר היבשה והייתה עלולה להפוך את האזור שהינו היום הרפובליקה של פנמה לעוד בליז או מוסקיטייה13. עם זאת, מעשי גבורתו של הסימרון הם דוגמא מובהקת למאבק לחירות, אך עם סופו של המאבק, בחלוף הזמן, מאבד הסימרון את צביונו כקבוצה ואובד בערפילי האלמוניות, בשולי ההיסטוריה המאוחרת יותר".

11) הנקראים גם אמגושים, שמשמעות שמם בספרדית הוא "מלכים קוסמים", אותם מלכים אשר שמעו על הולדתו של ישו ובאו מהמזרח בכדי להביע את הערצתם וקבלתם אותו כנציג האלוהות עלי אדמות.
12) פולקלור הקונגוס שהינו תרבות, מוזיקה וריקודים שונים הוא כיום חלק בלתי נפרד ממצרף הפולקלור הפנמני המכיל פולקלור ממקור ספרדי, אפריקאי ואינדיאני. פסטיבל ריקודי הקונגוס המסורתי נחגג כל שנה בחודש מרץ בעיירה הציורית פורטובלו על חוף הקריבי.

Casual morning
Waking up to the sound of the birds singing outside her window was always one of the most beautiful moments of her day. The luscious green gardens full of trees brought them in flocks, making them her daily wake up call. Their sweet harmonious symphony enticing her from sleep as the morning sunshine burst through the curtains. She could listen to them all day, nature’s morning call was liquid gold to her ears.
She closed her eyes again and listened to the joyous tune of the songbirds. Guy would always sing Eva Cassidy’s “Songbird” to her on the occasions he had spent the night. I guess it could be their signature tune, as macho as he was, he was also a sucker for a bird and not only the female variety. She hummed the tune softly to herself along with the sweet little voices outside her window.
She stretched her long slender legs, relishing the touch of the crisp coolness of Egyptian cotton against her naked skin. That was the luxury of Egyptian cotton, it always felt fresh no matter how long you lay in it. She never wore anything to bed as this sensation would be lost with other fabrics on her skin. In fact, Egyptian cotton, or not, naked was the only way she could sleep.
Today was going to be a good day, she thought as she mentally ran through her agenda. Breakfast with Kayla, her best friend since nursery school. Kayla was taking a break from her sell out European tour and was desperate to fill her in on all the backstage gossip. There was usually so much drama going on around her she could easily write a book. The dancers, the backing singers, the riggers, sound guys etc. etc., there was a story on them all. Last tour Kayla had ended up having a rampant affair with one of the techies whose wife turned up at one of the gigs. She deftly marched onto the stage and punched Kayla full in the face in front of 75,000 fans. The story made international press coverage making Kayla’s tour sell out within 15 minutes of the story being released.
Tania missed Kayla terribly when she was touring and couldn’t wait to be reunited with her soul sister. She was hoping the two hour slot was going to be enough to fit everything in. There wasn’t any detail of their lives the other didn’t know, and in the life of a famous pop-star and a sex toy wholesaler, plenty had happened in three months that needed sharing.
She smiled a big smile at the thought of hugging her dearest friend again.
She was also scheduled to have lunch with Aaron James at 1.30pm, one of the most successful businessmen in the country and also Tania’s mentor. Aaron had a proposition for her and she was intrigued to hear what it was. He was being very secretive and mysterious which awoke her already healthy curiosity. He was plotting something and she was dying to know what it was. If he was calling her in then she would have some role to play in whatever was going down. She loved him dearly like a father, this man had taught her everything she knew about business today. He always looked out for her and pointed her in the general direction of any money-making schemes he came upon. She was the wealthy, successful woman she was because of Aaron and she would be forever grateful to him.
At 6pm she was picking up Guy Eddison from Heathrow. She hadn’t seen him in months. He’d been so busy with his new act in the States that he’d barely had time to call her. She missed having Guy around, he was the one person who would be available at any given moment. His new boy band were the new Beatles and he was having worldwide success with them, which kept him away from her. Today however, after three months she would be with him and she was very much looking forward to it.
They say absence makes the heart grow fonder and it certainly seemed that way for her and Guy. He usually grated on her nerves when he was around, as he seemed to think she was his and his alone. He was always turning up unannounced and always managed to be present at whatever function she was attending. Yes, loveable as he was he tried to tie her down. She had most definitely missed him being around, although she had enjoyed her freedom while he was away. He teased her before he left, telling her she would miss him more than she thought she would, maybe he was right. She was also aware that after having him back for a week she’d be wishing him gone again.
Thinking of Guy and their last encounter she began to feel aroused. He was an incredibly skilled lover, taking her to places no one else had. He always surprised her with new sensations, That was one of things that attracted her to him. She never knew what he would come up with next. Yes, that last encounter was pretty special. She groaned as she remembered his expert hands on her body. His lips on hers teasing and tasting her with passion and hunger. His tongue on her was so skillful and practiced. His strength was overpowering, he was big and buff and hot. Slowly her hands ran over her skin, her nipples becoming erect at the touch of her fingers, instantly hard and perfectly round. She squeezed on one, not too hard but just enough to cause a little pain. He liked to do that, he would make her wince whilst biting on them, pleasure and pain in just the right measure. Oh yes, today was going to be a very good day indeed!
