Mon fils j'aimerais te donner quelques conseils qui te seront utiles dans toute la vie d'homme:
N'envie jamais rien ni personne. Accepte ton sort, sois patient dans l'adversité et mesuré dans le bonheur. Ne te juge pas rapport à ceux qui sont au dessus de toi, mais par rapport à ceux qui sont moins favorisés que toi.
Ne sois pas avare. Fais l'aumône aux défavorisés autant que tu le peux. Rends le plus de services que tu pourras et demandes-en le moins possible. Sois fidèle dans les amitiés et fais tout pour ne pas blesser les amis.(extrait du Livre d'enseignement de Science Sociale en 4ème année).

In Burundi, as throughout the world, education is a universal right. Every child of school age has the right to benefit from this good guaranteed for all without exception by all governments in the world as enshrined in the charter of the United Nations for those who ratified it.
