250 g Zucker oder Rohrohrzucker
2 Teelöffel Zimt
200 g Mandeln oder Walnüsse
1 Esslöffel Kakao
1 ½ Päckchen Backpulver
250 g Dinkelmehl
250g Weizenmehl
Zubereitung:
Die Äpfel mit der Schale in etwa 2 – 3 cm große Stücke schneiden und mit dem Zucker und Zimt gut vermengen und 12 Stunden ziehen lassen. Nach der Ruhezeit die restlichen Zutaten dazu geben und gut vermischen. Eine Kastenform fetten und mit Semmelbrösel ausstreuen. Die Teigmasse einfüllen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175 Grad etwa 75 Minuten backen.

Barregeu-hi el sucre i la canyella i deixeu-ho reposar 12 hores.
Passat el temps de repòs, afegiu-hi la resta d’ingredients i barregeu-ho bé.
Engreixeu un motlle rectangular amb mantega i empolseu-lo lleugerament amb pa ratllat.
Aboqueu-hi la barreja.
Ho enfornem durant 75 minuts a 175º.

In February 2007 I finished the translation of the book “Salmon fishing in the Yemen” by Paul Torday from English to Catalan.
I am also one of the authors of the book “Linea Amarilla 2, cuaderno de actividades”, Klett.
I have worked for the STAR company (Böblingen, Germany) as a translator and proof reader. Nowadays I carry out technical translations, software localization, catalogue production and SAP as a freelancer for this company.
