My name is Ermal Çeli, and I am an English – Albanian translator. I live in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to moving to the States, I was a project manager, translator, editor and CAT tools trainer at the biggest translation agency in Albania. I have been working for that company since its establishment 10 years ago and I have helped in building staff and gaining and maintaining satisfied clients. Recently, I became part of the HR team and the Board of Directors. My duties included, but were not limited to the following:

- Managed teams of in-house and freelance translators in completing highly-sensitive and time-critical projects for government agencies, non-government organizations, associations, and private sector firms. Project ranged from multi-page documents to manual and books in the following fields: Automotive, IT and Electronics, Government, Oil and Natural Gas, Healthcare, Medicine, Legal, and Marketing.
- Member of the senior management team advising the CEO on growth strategies in local and international markets that resulted in 120% growth of the business between 2012 and 2015.
- Implemented quality management processes and procedures to ensure error-free work products that resulted in 98% of the customers rating the services High or Very High.
- Trained staff of company policies, procedures, and software productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, SDL Trados Studio, SDL Trados Suite, MemoQ, SDLX, Across, and Wordfast.

I am a hard-working, extremely organized and very professional individual, readily available to work and to demonstrate all my abilities. I am proficient in most of the CAT tools. I am a very quick learner and an attentive listener. I would make working together a pleasurable experience.
