Source text - English Nevertheless, at the beginning of the twenty first century many of the world’s nation
states are engaged in serious efforts to reform their governments and inject a culture of
innovation into their government’s bureaucracies. In the words of President Fox, “One of the
fundamental ingredients of the new governance is good government. A government close to
society, always ready to listen to it; a government fully respectful of legality, honest, transparent
and efficient; but above all, a government conscious of its mission of promoting human and
social development as the basis for attaining a more just and prosperous society.
Translation - Arabic على الرغم من ذلك، تضافرت جهود العديد من دول العالم في بداية القرن الحادي والعشرين في مساعٍ حثيثة لإصلاح حكومات بلدانها وصهر ثقافة التجديد داخل بوتقة الجهاز الإداري لهذه الحكومات. وقد عبر عن ذلك الرئيس فوكس في كلمته "إن الحكومة المتميزة هي إحدى الركائز الأساسية للحكم الجديد. إنها حكومة وثيقة الصلة بالمجتمع وعلى أهبة الاستعداد للإصغاء إليه دائمًا وأبدًا؛ إنها حكومة تحترم سيادة القانون والشرعية وتتحلى بالنزاهة والشفافية والكفاءة؛ ولكن فوق كل ذلك، إنها حكومة تعي برسالتها تجاه الارتقاء بالتنمية البشرية والاجتماعية كقاعدة أساسية لتحقيق مجتمع يسوده العدل والرخاء.
