I am a Bachelor of Arts degree holder, with Translation (between English and Chinese) and Spanish as my majors, and I obtained my degree at the University of Hong Kong in the year 2009. I have been working as a freelance translator and translating articles in Chinese, English, and Spanish for more than a year.

I am very confident in my translation and language skill. In the university, I took courses such as Practical Skill for Translation, Language Studies for Translation, and Translation Theory. With lots of practices provided in the three years of studies, my translation skill is well-trained and I am capable of translating advertisements, business letters, manual, movie scripts as well as literary pieces from Chinese to English and vice versa.

I am also proficient in Spanish, the third most popular language in the world. In the year of 2007, I won a scholarship from the Consulate of Spain. In addition, I participated in a summer course in the University of Salamanca and got distinction and excellence in the Spanish language course and Spanish-English Translation course respectively. I also have experience in translating articles from Spanish to English and vice versa, and sample works are available upon request.

I am an efficient worker and a responsible person. I am able to work independently and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work. I am all ready to face different challenges. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
