El Centro de Formación y Recursos Didácticos es una unidad destinada a proporcionar profesionales y tecnología necesaria para desarrollar proyectos multimedia y capacitar en la adecuada utilización de la tecnología para apoyar la educación.
Contando con un equipo multidisciplinario de profesionales, además de una avanzada infraestructura, el CFRD puede participar de forma activa en el desarrollo y modernización de la investigación tecnológica, llegando a constituirse en un referente en esta área, con proyecciones que van más allá del ámbito universitario.
INFRAESTRUCTURA
El CFRD cuenta con infraestructura especialmente diseñada para realizar todo tipo de actividades relacionadas con las nuevas tecnologías.
Sus aulas poseen sistema de videoconferencias, acceso a internet, y red Wi Fi que provee acceso gratuito a quienes tengan computadoras habilitadas para su recepción.

Salas equipadas
El CFRD dispone de infraestructura adecuada para la realización de clases presenciales y no presenciales, seminarios, congresos, capacitación y otros eventos que requieran espacios equipados con tecnología de comunicaciones.
En este contexto, todas las salas del centro están habilitadas con sistema de videoconferencia. Esto permite a quienes la utilicen, mantener contacto directo con locaciones a nivel nacional e internacional, e interactuar en tiempo real con alta calidad de imagen y sonido sin interrupciones.
Videoconferencia
El CFRD dispone de un sistema de Videoconferencias con cobertura nacional e internacional, disponible para uso interno y externo en diversos eventos que requieran de comunicación audiovisual remota en tiempo real.

The purpose of the Center for Training and Didactic Resources (CFRD in Spanish) is to prepare professionals and technology that is necessary to develop multimedia projects and to train in the correct use of technology so that education can be supported.
The CFRD takes part actively in development and modernization of technological research since it has the support of a multidisciplinary team of professionals and counts on highly-developed infrastructure. Thus this center has gradually become a referent in the technology area, with great projections beyond academic activities.
INFRAESTRUCTURE
The CFRD has an infrastructure designed especially to carry out many types of activities relating to new technologies. Some of these technologies are video conferences, access to Internet and a network providing free access to those who have a wireless-enabled computer.

Equipped rooms
The CFRD has suitable infrastructure to carry out distance learning and classroom-based training, seminars, congresses, training courses and other technology-demanding activities.
In this context, each room in the center is enabled for videoconferencing. This allows users to keep in touch directly with locations at national and international levels as well as interact in real time with high-quality video and sound without interruptions.
Video Conferencing
The CFRD has a video conferencing system with national and international coverage, enabled to be used both internal and externally in different activities requiring remote audio-visual communication in real time. This technology allows us to perform various protocol transfers.

Los disyuntores trifásicos deben ser horizontal y removible como en camiones utilizando gas SF6 como medio de enfriamiento y aislamiento.
El tiempo total de corte (tiempo de apertura más duración del arco) de los disyuntores debe ser tan corto como sea posible y, por ningún motivo, debe ser mayor a los 100 mseg.
Se debe proporcionar un mecanismo operado por espiral devanado de motor y el mecanismo se debe equipar para cierre y apertura eléctrica. El voltaje de control para los comandos de cierre y apertura debe ser 110 V CD 10% -20%, sin conexión a tierra, desde una fuente de batería.

Translation - English Circuit Breakers
The three-phase circuit breakers shall be of the horizontal withdrawable truck mounted type utilising SF6 gas as the insulating and cooling medium.
The total breaking time (opening time plus duration of the arc) of the breakers shall be as short as possible, but in no case is it to be longer than 100 msec.
A motor wound spring operated mechanism shall be provided and the mechanism shall be equipped for electrical opening and closing. The control voltage for closing and opening commands shall be 110 V DC 10% - 20%, unearthed, from a battery supply.
The circuit breakers shall be capable of a minimum of 10000 operations switching load and short
circuit currents.
The contact resistance per phase shall not exceed 40 Micro ohms.
All operating mechanism motors shall be single phase, 240 V, 50 Hz.
The opening device shall be provided with two independent trip coils, connected to separate terminal blocks, allowing for the connection of two independent trip commands.
A crank, lever or other similar suitable device shall be provided to permit charging the operatingmechanism by hand in the event of a failure of the auxiliary supplies.
The stored energy shall for all types of operating mechanisms be sufficient to allow a complete O-C-O cycle.
A sufficient number of readily wired auxiliary contacts for 110 V DC shall be provided for control and interlock purposes, the minimum number being 4.
