When you move into your home, you agree to enter into a legal contract with us to become our tenant. By signing this tenancy agreement, you are agreeing to accept and keep to all the conditions of tenancy set out in this document.
As a tenant, you are responsible at all times for the conduct of your friends and relatives, and any other person living in or visiting your home, including children.
