[0001] The invention relates to the construction of buildings used as housing, offices, commercial and industrial usages. More specifically, the invention relates to buildings needing very little energy for its usage and for its construction, and a method to build such buildings.
Description of known technologies
[0002] The heating of residential buildings or commercial use is an important part of energy consumption. The share of heating buildings is approximately 40% of the energy consumed by mankind. It seems increasingly desirable to minimize these energy losses. Many efforts have been made in recent years: roof insulation by installing layers of rock or glass fibers between the rafters, use of window frames with double or triple glazing, use of double walls with a vacuum in which a panel insulation is inserted. The insulation panels using mineral fibers or foam insulation is not always an ideal solution because these panels are supplied in predetermined dimensions, and must be cut according to the specific needs of the building. Cutting and fitting and installing of panels require knowledge and important time. Inaccuracies in cutting, fitting and joining cause heat loss. Finally, panel cutting to specific dimensions always results in an amount of waste.
[0003] We know by W02005/042854 a foundation for a building. A concrete slab 101 is poured onto blocks of expanded polystyrene 102, 102A, in a thickness of between 20 and 30 cm. Between two such blocks, a chord of 103 concrete slab 100 ensures the support of the load to the ground 108. These ribs 103 provide thermal bridges between the floor 108 and the interior of the building. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3 of this document, on periphery of the building, the peripheral flanges 303, 301 associated with vertical walls are a new thermal bridge. Finally, the slab 101 does not act as the foundation of the building, but requires, especially in soft soils, a foundation structure underlying elements 203 and 204 of Figures 2 and 3. These elements in turn require an excavation complex shape, and this excludes the automatization and industrialization of the process. This document addresses only part of a building's energy losses, namely the isolation from the underlying soil, but does not address the overall problem of the building.
[0004] We know by EP1607537 a building structure in which wood beams 20 forms the framing. Wood panels 21 and 22 are applied on inside and outside of this framework. Liquid polyurethane is injected into the voids thus formed, and develops as foam, which provides insulation. In this building, the beams 20 are thermal bridges between the inside and outside the building. Moreover, both joist 37 joins with the vertical walls of the building foundation and at the foundation level the continuity of the insulation is not properly secured.
[0005] It is therefore a need for a building method that providing good thermal insulation, which is easy to make, requiring little labor, and a method of constructing such a building that allows the industrialization of the construction process.

Sembra quindi desiderabile minimizzare il consumo di energia. Sono stati fatti molti sforzi negli ultimi anni: isolamento del tetto installando strati di fibra di vetro o fibra di roccia tra le travi, utilizzo di finestre con doppi o tripli vetri e l'uso di doppi muri sotto vuoto con un pannello isolante al loro interno. I pannelli di isolamento fatti di fibre di minerali o polistirolo non sono sempre la soluzione ideale visto che questi pannelli sono forniti in dimensioni predeterminate e devono essere tagliati per l'utilizzo specifico all'interno di ogni edificio. Il taglio e la messa in posa dei pannelli richiede tempo ed esperienza. Eseguire tagli e messa in opera con poca cura porta inevitabilmente a perdite di calore. In fine il taglio dei pannelli in specifiche dimensioni risulta sempre in grandi perdite di materiale.
[0003] Comprendiamo dal W02005/042854 le basi delle fondamenta di un edificio. Una base di calcestruzzo (101) è posizionata su blocchi di polistirolo espanso (102, 102A), in uno spessore tra 20 e 30 cm. Tra i due blocchi, un costolone (103) di calcestruzzo (100) assicura il supporto del carico verso terra (108). Questi costoloni (103) fanno da ponti termici tra il piano (108) e l'interno dell'edificio. Oltre a questo, come mostrato nella Figura 3 di questo documento, all'esterno dell'edificio, i bordi perimetrali (303, 301) associati con muri verticali fungono da nuovo ponte termico. In fine, la lastra (101) non agisce come fondamenta dell'edificio, ma richiede, specialmente su terreni leggeri, una struttura di fondazione sottolineata dagli elementi 202 e 204 della Figura 2 e 3. Questi elementi in cambio richiedono una escavazione dalla forma complessa, questo esclude processi di automatizzazione e industrializzazione. Questo documento tratta solo di una parte delle perdite energetiche di un edificio, trattando dell'isolamento dal suolo, ma senza trattare dei problemi generali dell'edificio.
[0004] Conosciamo dal EP1607537 la struttura dell'edificio nel quale le travi di legno (20) ne formano la struttura. I pannelli di legno (21) e (22) sono applicati all'interno ed esterno di questa struttura. Poliuretano liquido viene iniettato all'interno delle parti vuote che vengono a formarsi, divenendo come polistirolo e creando isolamento. In questo edificio, le travi (20) sono ponti termici tra l'interno e l'esterno dell'edificio. Inoltre, entrambi i travetti (37) si uniscono ai muri verticali delle fondamenta dell'edificio ed al livello della fondazione non è assicurata la continuità di isolamento.
[0005] Un metodo di costruzione efficace deve offrire un buon isolamento termico, deve essere semplice da eseguire, deve necessitare di poco lavoro e un metodo di costruzione che permetta di dare vita a tali edifici attraverso un processo industriale.
