Dans le cas où l'utilisateur deviendrait en cours de contrat propriétaire d'une embarcation de catégorie
différente, il aura priorité pour bénéficier d'un poste de catégorie correspondante à son nouveau bateau dans la
limite des postes disponibles. Le changement de catégorie sera concrétisé par un avenant au présent contrat.
Dans le cas d'un avenant portant sur une catégorie supérieure, il paiera à la capitainerie une somme égale à la
différence entre les deux montants de mise à disposition des deux catégories de poste en vigueur à la date de la
signature de l'avenant.
Dans le cas d'un avenant de catégorie inférieure, le présent contrat court à son terme sans rétribution par la
capitainerie de la différence liée au changement de catégorie.
Translation - English ARTICLE VIII – AMENDMENT
In case the user would become owner of a different category yacht under contract, he will have the priority to benefit from a berth with a category corresponding to his new yacht, subject to availability. The change of category will be applied by the means of an amendment to the present contract.
In case the amendment concerns a higher category, the user will pay the harbour master’s office an amount equal to the difference between both amounts of both categories of the current berth on the date the amendment is signed.
In case the amendment concerns a lower category, the present contract is ending without the harbour master’s office making any refund for the change of category.
