2. Seller confirms to be the sole owner of all patents listed in Annex 1 hereto and, consequently, to have exclusive authority to exercise all patents rights. The mechanism is designed to discreetly interact with the rotor from the start of the game (game state 3: ball spun in rim), through to winning number (game state 5) when the ball has landed in pocket and confirmed by the internal detection system.
The mechanism applies an additional breaking force to slow the rotor at a greater rate than the natural deceleration.
The influence (strength) of the breaking force applied is random at each application, within the predefine limits configured in the control board.
In other words, the mechanism will apply 2 stages of random rotor breaking, from the time the ball has been spun, to the time the winning number has been identified by the game system.
This will have the effect of offsetting the expected pocket position at normal deceleration in a range of 0 -180° (dependent on starting rotor speed).
Translation - Spanish El dispositivo utiliza el mismo sistema de monitorización de juego que la ruleta estándar, pero con la función adicional de un panel de control.
El mecanismo está diseñado para interactuar discretamente con el rotor desde el comienzo del juego (fase del juego Nº 3: la bola gira en el carril) hasta el número ganador (fase del juego Nº 5), momento en el que la bola se detiene en la casilla y el sistema interno de detección así lo confirma.
