In July, 2015 I have successfully graduated from Saint Petersburg State University. My major was called “Economics of China” and it was a joint program between the Department of Asian and African Studies and the School of Economics. By now, I have studied Chinese for six years, including four years in Russia, one year in Beijing, China and slightly more than one year in Taipei, Taiwan.
The first time I worked as a translator was late 2011 - I did some technical English-Russian translations for a Russian company TransLink. In Aug. 2013 I started to do Chinese-Russian and Rusian-Chinese translations, both on a free-lance basis (working with individual customers) and as an employee in a number of translation companies (Janus, Insensus, EuroScript, PTGIS, Synergy etc.). During there three years I’ve got a lot of experience and have reached a high level of proficiency both in English and Chinese.
I have passed the language proficiency certification for both languages. in 2013, I have successfully passed the Level 6 (the highest one) HSK exam for Chinese. In 2014 I have passed TOEFL IBT with a score of 112 out of 120.
