Bio
As a Registered Nurse with years of experience in the Cardiology and Urology departments I take great pride in the translations I have done for different laboratories based in Uruguay and medical articles.

My experience as an exchange student in the United States was important to pursue and get job positions with American companies and it has become imperative in order to achieve natural and cultural accurate translations.

After years of working as occasional translator, I decided to pursue a career as Certified Translator in the University of the Republic (Udelar), focusing on legal and medical translations mostly, with experience in other technical fields such as engineering, architecture, and energy.

This year I earned my Postgraduate Degree in Legal Translation in the Anglo-Saxon legal system and Contract Law. I am currently in Spain studying my Masters in Professional Translations, with special focus in technical translation and translation technologies.
