We believe it is better to keep the idea of reciprocity for a historical approach, however.

El vocablo exhorto evoca la idea de pedir un favor a autoridades judiciales cuyas atribuciones emanan de un poder político distinto de aquel en que se originan las ejercidas por el juez requirente, quien, de acuerdo a la fórmula tradicional, ofrece reciprocidad para casos análogos.
