7 years worth of experience with English and Brazilian Portuguese.

Working remotely since 2017.

2 years of experience working with technical translation on-site, more specifically in the field of patents. Working with intellectual property requires knowledge in a number of fields, or the ability to do a lot of research! From 2016 to 2018, I have worked at Bhering Advogados, an office with decades of expertise with national and foreign partners, providing specialized legal advice in all areas of Intellectual Property. I have a B.Sc. in Forest Engineering, and I'm currently studying Translation and Interpretation at University Estacio de Sá (Brazil) in a Graduate course.

Academic background in Earth Sciences: I can translate texts regarding a wide range of subjects such as environmental sciences, urban environmental management, recycling, eco-businesses, biology, and others. It would be ideal to work as a translator for an NGO, biotech company or any business related to environmental conservation.

In my years of experience as a translator and copywriter, I have created copies for web pages, promotional e-mails, research articles. I am experienced in writing compelling and appropriate content for blogs, tweets, and Facebook posts. I am also fluent in Portuguese, so I can take a Portuguese text and craft a parallel copy in English targeting U.S. or U.K. audiences. I am flexible with respect to working hours, but deadlines are sacred! I will review your content as many times as it takes for it to exceed your expectations.

My most recent work is related to a subject that I love: Travel! I'm currently working for a travel website from Brazil - - which has reached more than 1.5 million users in 2019. I help them by translating content for e-mail marketing, new features, adjustments on their website and anything else they need on a daily basis. I also make blog posts in English and Brazilian Portuguese for an audience of backpackers and travelers who want to discover new ways of exploring the world.
