English to Russian: Heat Treatment of Grade 91 Steel at the Mill General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: Energy / Power Generation
Source text - English For normalizing, once the full thickness of the product has reached the target normalizing temperature, the time at temperature should be a minimum of 10 minutes. Care must be taken to insure that whole volume of product is allowed to cool uniformly. Cooling shall be continuous down to at least 200°F (93°C) or lower throughout the material thickness before tempering. The rate of cooling through the temperature range 1650-900°F (899- 482°C) shall be controlled to be no slower than 9°F/min. (5°C/min.) (See cooling rate diagrams in Appendix A). For product with a thickness greater than 3” (76 mm), forced air-cooling or oil quenching or the equivalent from the normalizing temperature to an internal work piece temperature below 200°F (93°C) may be necessary to achieve a fully martensitic structure.
English to Russian: INTEGRATION OF FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS INTO CERAMIC MULTILAYER PACKAGES General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: Electronics / Elect Eng
Source text - English The development of LTCC compatible materials is quite challenging, since it is necessary to decrease the sintering temperature of these functional materials from more than 1200°C down to 90O°C in a way that the most important material parameters are kept stable. In contrast to standard LTCC materials, the above mentioned functional materials cannot be sintered completely at 90O°C by means of an adapted glass additive which supports densification by the viscous flow of the softening glass, since higher amounts of glass completely degrade the functionality of these materials. The sintering temperature was reduced to 900BC by means of a modified chemical composition, sub-micron powders with enhanced sintering activity and highly-efficient sintering aids. By this way, a range of functional materials was obtained which can be sintered at the desired sintering temperature of 900°C (diagram below) and which are compatible with standard silver metallization inks.
