Source text - Turkish Kapadokya şehrine bağlı olan Talas köyünde yer alan ve harap olmuş olan “Aya Yorgi” Kilisesi’nin aynı şekilde ve genişleterek inşa edilmesi için Rum Patrikliği tarafından izin istenilmesi üzerine, Ankara Vilayeti Milletvekilinin yaptığı araştırma sonucunda inşanın yapılabileceği kanaatini yansıtan yazışmaların ve resmi belgelerin, Adalet Bakanlığı'nın 11 Haziran 1905 (29 Cumâdel-âhire 321 sene) tarihli ve 487 numaralı izin belgesi ile Bakanlar Kurulu’nun onaylaması sonrası ulusal meclise gönderilmek için Adalet Bakanlığı'na gönderildi. Tapu Dairesi bu konuda bilgilendirildi.
Translation - English Roman (Greek) Orthodox Patriarchate requested permission to rebuild the ruined Aya Yorgi Church in Talas village, which is connected to the Cappadocia City, samely and broadly. After a result of the investigation made by the deputies of the Ankara City, required official textands and documents indicating that the construction could be done were sent to the Ministry of Justice to be sent to the National Assembly after the approval of the Council of Ministers with the permission document numbered 487 and June 11, 1905 (29 Cumâdel-âhire 321 sene). Land Registry office was informed about it

Source text - Turkish Süleyman Şah Türbesi, Saygı Karakolu ve bu yapıların etrafındaki önce 8797 metrekarelik sonra da yaklaşık 10.000 metrekarelik arazi Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti’nin kendi sınırları dışındaki tek toprak parçasıdır. Uluslararası hukuka göre bu toprak parçası Türkiye’nin Suriye sınırları içerisindeki bir eksklavı olarak değerlendirilmelidir. Süleyman Şah’ın kabri asırlarca bir ‘Türk Mezarı’ olarak anılmış ve Milli Mücadele sürecinde Fransızlarla yapılan Ankara Antlaşması’nın 9. Maddesine istinaden yeni Türk devletinin bir toprağı olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bu durum daha sonra başta Lozan Antlaşması olmak üzere Türkiye ile Fransa ve Suriye Arap Cumhuriyeti arasında yapılan ikili antlaşmalar çerçevesinde de meşruiyetini sürdürmüştür.
Translation - English Tomb of Suleyman Shah, Respect Station and land around these structures which is the firstly 8797 square meters and then approximately 10,000 square meters are the only piece of land outside its boundaries of Turkish Republic. According to international law, this piece of land should be considered as a eksklav within Turkey's Syria's boundry. The tomb of Suleyman Shah was mentioned a Turkish tomb for centuries and in accordance with Article 9 of the Ankara Agreement which made with the French on the process of National Struggle has been accepted as a land of the new Turkish goverment. Firstly including the Treaty of Lausanne,this situation has maintained its legitimacy in the framework of bilateral agreements concluded between France and the Syrian Arab Republic and Turkey.
