Hello everyone!


My name is Mehmet. I am a certified translator in the English-Turkish language pair. I have a BA in Translation and Interpretation from a Turkish university. Since my graduation from the university in 2014, I have been a freelance translator.


In addition to translating, I have taught English at government and private schools. I did my military service as an army translator in the Turkish Land Forces.  I have experience in different areas of translation. For example, tourism, military, pedagogy, healthy life and diet. I recently started working on SubtitleEdit so I am getting the hang of subtitle translation and editing.  


I am new to Proz.com and still trying to figure it out. I am looking forward to future collaboration or translation projects.
