Source text - English The preambles and the annexes shall form integral and substantive parts of the present contract (The “Contract”).
IN LIGHT OF THE ABOVE, THE PARTIES AGREE THE FOLLOWING:
1. PURPOSE
1.1. The Grantor grants the Distributor, who accepts, the exclusive right to purchase for subsequent resale in its own name and for its own account the Products in the Territory under the conditions and according to the procedures stated in the Contact and the annexes ("Products” shall refer to the types of products listed and described in detail in Annex A).
1.2. The Distributor shall act as an independent company, at its own exclusive risk, with complete autonomy and exclusive responsibility; the Distributor has no authority to make contracts on behalf of, or in any way to bind the Grantor towards third parties.

Article 1er. OBJET
1.1. 1.2. Le distributeur est une société indépendante qui agit exclusivement à ses propres risques, en toute indépendance et en totale responsabilité ; le distributeur n’est pas habilité à passer des contrats au nom du cédant ou tout autre contrat pouvant engager ce dernier envers les tiers
