The effect of different UV-C irradiation doses (12.8, 24.2, 35.8 and 54.6 mJ/cm2) on the physiochemical and microbiological properties of Aloe Vera gel diluted by 10% with different pH (3.5, 4.5 y 5.5) was evaluated.
