Driven by strong love for translation and language, I entered into a professional translation company Wen (Excellent) Translation Co., Ltd. in China to begin my journey in this field. Since then, under the professional guidance of the company and with keen learning desire, I gradually grow into a professional translator from a beginner.

I accepted large quantity of training in patent translation (mechanical, electronics), because the first company has exclusive cooperation with patent law firms. My translation will be proofread by my team leader, the veteran proofreader, and the industry expert, which helped me improve in accuracy and fluency.

I also completed many large projects in later companies, both as a team leader and a translator. My common translation filed varies extensively from finance, contract, IT, engineering, mechanical to beauty and marketing. Although the fields are different, but more and more translation and learning help me understand that translation is to thoroughly grasp the meaning of the source language, including the feeling and connotation, and then express it accurately and fluently in the target language to create the same effect that it causes in the the readers of the source language. And so I pay great attention to the terminologies and industry background, and before translating a professional document, I'll learn about them, read professional books, survey related online and offline resources to ensure that I have enough understanding of the industry and the content.

For the common industries, I could handle the professional tasks. Before cooperating, please send the materials, I'll read through to confirm whether I'm capable of the translation task, because I see even the best translator can't fit for all translation tasks. I won't take the task that surpasses my capability. Customers' satisfaction and translation quality is more important than anything else.
