Maiwenn Brethenoux is a graduate of translation and interpretation studies at the University of Chicago at Urbana-Champaign. She has attended academic institutions in France and the United States, and has fluency in French and English (A languages), as well as a working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (C languages).
She is an alumnus of the Honors Program of DePaul University, where she published theatre critics of productions around Chicago and published two fictional works in a foreign language. While at DePaul, Maiwenn was also responsible for the planning and carrying out social events and volunteering opportunities, as well as promoting her program as one of their Ambassadors.
Maiwenn has six years of experience as a published writer and editor. She has been responsible for revising middle and high school student assignments, ranging from short stories to English literature dissertations. She has edited and advised students on the use of effective academic discourse and relevant writing styles. |
