Bio

I've been working as a professional translator for 5 years. I studied in Clermont-Ferrand, France at Université Blaise Pascal where I studied French Literature, Language, and Culture and Applied Languages with an emphasis on agro-business. I have a Master's Degree in French Literature, Language, and Culture where I focused on Linguistics and Literature. I obtained my certification from New York University in Legal, Technical, and Literary Translation. I have done extensive translation work on contracts, divorce decrees, holographic wills, certificates, diplomas, degrees, nutrition, the fashion industry (case studies in the luxury markets), the auto industry, OSHA regulations, real estate contracts, and genealogy documents.

Currently, I am a professor of Technical Translation at Webster University and I am an adjunct French professor at Jefferson Community and Technical College. Teaching and translation has been my passion as well as the French language.
