When you can identify trends across similar projects, it’s easier to follow-up on recurring performance issues and continually improve processes. Most importantly, the data that drives these reports is automatically captured when projects are executed using BLUE’s Dynamic Workflow so it is no longer necessary to manually track data in excel spreadsheets to create meaningful and accurate reports. BLUE includes a standard set of frequently used KPI reports and can be expanded if required through the use of a Data Warehouse that comes with the product.
Copy Management
Consider for a moment the complexities of ensuring a designer receives all of the correct copy elements for the creation of an artwork. Next, consider the amount of copy that is shared across multiple artworks, whether it is the same ingredient panel on different sizes of a pack, the same promotional copy across a product line, the same warning label across a product category, the same corporate address and so on.
BLUE Copy Management is a copy repository for all work in process and approved copy. It provides a single location for all copy owners and approvers to manage copy in all required languages, globally. Copy Management then links each copy element to all relevant artwork, creating one-to-many relationships. Now, instead of managing the same copy multiple times, each copy element is stored and maintained only once, reducing the effort required for managing copy and ensuring consistency. Utilizing XML, copy elements can be automatically pushed to the artwork they are linked to, and placed directly in the production artwork. Reducing manual touch-points and automating this process drives speed to market, increased quality and consistency and reduced cost for artwork creation and changes.
