ON ONE PARTE AS LESSOR, Mr. Lothar Müller, as adult, established in Germany _________with NIE: _____________.
ON ANOTHER PART AS TENANT, Mr. Björn Loveu, as adult, actually established in Torrevieja, calle _____________, with own nationality passport number __________________
They act in their own name and right, as lessor Mr. ____________ and as tenant Mr. _______. Mutually recognizing the legal capacity necessary to enter into this contract in accordance with it.
EXPOSE:
FIRST. -That Mr. ___________ is the owner of the property located in Torrevieja, ___________.
SECOND. - That Mr. ___________ is interested in taking the lease of Mr. _________ property, previously mentioned and both parts agree to formalize the leasing contract, in accordance with the following
CLAUSES:
I.- Mr. __________, gives up on lease to Mr. ______________, the property previously mentioned finding it on his complete satisfaction. The gas heating is properly working since a new boiler have been installed. The washing machine is a new one. Takes possession of it.
II.- The price of the leasing is set to the amount of 500,00 Euros per month (FIVE HUNDRED EUROS) to be paid from the day 1 to 5 of each month by transfer to Mr. __________’s account in the Germany Bank, VOLKSBANK BRANDOBERDORF, IBAN: _______________________.
III.- The receipts of water, gas and electricity consumption are in charge of the tenant, Mr. _________.
IV.- The duration of this contract is valid until April 28th, 2021, when the leasing will expire.
V.- During the duration time of the contract, all expenses generated by damages of the property due to normal use will be on behalf of the tenant and everything should in perfect state at the end of it.
VI.- The tenants are forbidden to transfer and sublease the property object of this contract, without the express consent of the lessor.
VII.- The property is rented with furniture and with all gadgets working properly, as the gas heating, washing machine, etc.
Both parties submit by imperative of Law to the Courts and Tribunals in Torrevieja
And in proof of conformity, the appearing parties sign this contract in duplicate and for a single purpose, in the place and on the date indicated in the heading.

Actúan en su propio nombre y derecho, como arrendador el Sr. ____________ y como arrendatario el Sr. ____________. Reconociéndose mutuamente la capacidad legal necesaria para la celebración del presente contrato a su tenor.
EXPONEN
PRIMERO. - Que el Sr. ___________ es propietario de la vivienda sita en Torrevieja, calle ________.
SEGUNDO. - Que el Sr. _________ está interesado en tomar en arrendamiento la vivienda propiedad del Sr. _____________, anteriormente mencionada y convienen ambas partes en formalizar contrato de arrendamiento, con arreglo de las siguientes

II.- El precio del arrendamiento se establece en la cantidad de 500,00 euros mensuales (QUINIENTOS EUROS) a pagar del día 1 al 5 de cada mes en la cuenta del Sr. _______ en el Banco de Alemania, VOLKSBANK BRANDOBERDORF, IBAN: ______________.
III.- Los recibos del consumo de gas corren a cargo del arrendatario Sr. ________
IV.- La duración de este contrato es válido hasta el 28 de abril 2021, momento en el que quedará vencido al arrendamiento.
V.- Durante el tiempo de duración del contrato, serán por cuenta del arrendatario todos los gastos por desperfectos del inmueble por su normal uso y debiendo estar todo en perfecto estado a la finalización del mismo.
VI.- A los arrendatarios les está prohibida la cesión y el subarriendo de la vivienda, objeto de este contrato, sin el consentimiento expreso del arrendador.
VII.- La vivienda se alquila amueblada y con todos los aparatos en funcionamiento como la calefacción de gas, lavadora, etc.
Ambas partes se someten por imperativo de Ley a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Torrevieja.
Y en prueba de conformidad los comparecientes firman el presente contrato por duplicado y a un solo efecto, en el lugar y fecha indicada en el encabezamiento.

Bio
My name is Judith. I was born, grew up and was educated in Barcelona. More than
20 years ago, I started a new life in Torrevieja, Alicante. In this city I
could make one of my dreams came true, I could study to be a translator and I
started doing short translations for my friends and people around me, but
little by little I realized how gratifying it is for me to be able to help
people being communicated and enjoy myself the wonderful art of translation.
I hold a
degree in English from Cambridge University and have completed specialised
training with certification in Literary Translation (Cálamo & Cran) and
Spanish Language Correction and Style (University of Barcelona).
I have
experience in translating, MTPE and proofreading general and technical
documents, certificates and websites. In addition, I worked for 18 years in a
hospital environment, combining medical translation with administrative
responsibilities.
I currently
collaborate with international companies including GetBlend (One Hour
Translation), Fasttranslator, Flitto, MaxSun, GienTech and TTCAsia. I also
contribute as a volunteer translator for Global Voices and Translators Without
Borders (TWB), with more than 90,000 words donated.
