Since 2018, I have been helping Japanese businesses, nonprofits, and local governments create engaging, finely crafted English for websites, pamphlets, museum exhibits, and interpretive signage.

Born and raised in Denver, CO (USA), in 2017 I received concurrent Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Japanese Language & Literature from University of Colorado. That same year, I moved to Kanto, where I lived for six years. In 2021, I passed level N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test with a score of 167/180. 

In addition to my translation work, I also write fiction and contribute articles to The Japan Times. I am an active member of the Society for Writers, Editors, and Translators (SWET).
