I am a German–English translator specializing in insurance, business, and commercial documentation. Before entering translation, I worked for three years in the insurance industry in underwriting, commercial lines, and claims handling. This hands-on experience allows me to translate sector-specific terminology accurately and consistently, with an understanding of risk language, policy structures, and compliance requirements.

Currently studying for the CertTrans exam DE-EN, expected completion April 2026.
